How many hours jee aspirant should sleep?

sir please provide a monthly plannar to complete class 11 + class 12 syllabus like u provided for class 12

sir i have a question due to my parents peerpressure i am choosen engineering life and preparing for jee but i know after some time that my passion was to be a counsellor. so sir can i be a counsellor after completing my engineering from nit after that can i be a counsellor sir?

please say some tips if we are getting excessive sleep during JEE preparation!
